Speeding Through Egypt

TUESDAY
Depart London Heathrow on a direct flight to Cairo. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for the next 3 nights.

THURSDAY
Day at leisure in Cairo, with the opportunity to explore the many sights of this amazing city. Overnight in Cairo.

FRIDAY
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the short flight to Aswan to be transferred to your Nile cruise boat. Spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring the sights of Aswan. Overnight in Aswan.

SATURDAY
In the morning, visit the High Dam and the Temple of Philae. In the afternoon, sail from Aswan to Edfu, stopping to view Kom Ombo Temple en route. Overnight in Edfu.

SUNDAY
In the morning, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu before sailing on to Esna, crossing the lock* and continuing on to Luxor in the afternoon. Overnight in Luxor.

MONDAY
After breakfast, visit the highlights of the West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hapshetsut and the Colossi of Memnon. In the early afternoon, transfer by road to Hurghada or El Gouna, a journey of around 4 hours. On arrival, transfer to your chosen hotel for the next four nights.

FRIDAY
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
