Any visit to the Red Sea wouldn't be complete without discovering the incredible variety of life and colour beneath the waves. Learn to dive in the Red Sea, or snorkel on some of the world's best reefs.
Diving Guests staying at the Sofitel Hurghada have access to Divers' Lodge, our preferred dive centre partner in Hurghada. Divers' Lodge offers a range of packages and courses for beginners and qualified divers, as well as a variety of watersports. The area is home to some of the Red Sea's best known dive sites including the Black Canyon and Careless Reef.
Snorkelling The Sofitel Hurghada has it's own house reef, near the bay area of the hotel, which offers good snorkelling opportunities (conditions permitting). Equipment can be hired from the dive centre at the hotel. Alternatively, guests can visit local dive sites such as Giftun Island National Park or Sharm el Naga by boat. |
