Location
The Sierra is located in the White Knight Bay area of Sharm, set back from the White Knight beach with a spectacular view of the Sierra Mountain, one of the Sinai's most prominent mountains.
Sharm el Sheikh is the biggest and most popular resort on Egypt's Red Sea Riviera. With a range of shops, restaurants and cafes, lively nightlife and some of world's best and most famous diving sights, Sharm el Sheikh has something for everyone.

Rooms
The Sierra Sharm el Sheikh features 300 air-conditioned rooms, each with satellite TV, an electronic safe, mini fridge and IDD phone with voice mail. All rooms offer a varying sized terrace or balcony. |

Cuisine
The Sierra's main restaurant, Mountain View, offers international cuisine and operates on a live cooking concept, where your food is cooked in front of you, while a variety of snacks, coffees, local cocktails and liqueurs are available at 'Sierra', the Greek orientated lobby bar. For those lounging by the pool, Aquatica allows you to indulge in anything from ice cream to light snacks and a choice of beverages.

Sport & Leisure
The Sierra Sharm el Sheikh features a large pool (heated in winter), home to water aerobics and water volleyball tournaments. Two floodlit tennis courts are also available, plus a wellness centre and spa allowing you to treat yourself to a choice of massages (pay locally for treatments). A water sports centre offers a whole host of activities including diving courses (located at the Savoy).

The following is included at the Sierra Sharm el Sheikh as part of the all inclusive package:
- 3 meals a day, served in the main restaurant, Mountain View; breakfast (6.30am-10.30am), including tea & coffee; lunch (1pm-3pm) and dinner (6.30pm-10.30pm).
- Soft drinks, mineral water, canned juices, tea & coffee, local wine and local beer are served during lunch and dinner.
- Guests wishing to dine in one of the Savoy's (Sierra's sister hotel) will receive a 25% discount on their food and beverage (beer and wine) bill.
- Morning snacks (10.30am-midday) served by the pool area, including tea, coffee and juices.
- Beach bar snacks (midday-4pm), including sandwiches.
- Afternoon snacks (3pm-5pm) served by the pool area including canned juices, soft drinks, mineral water, local wine (in a glass), local beer, coffee and tea.
- Ice cream (3pm-5pm) served by the pool area.
- Evening snacks (11pm-1am) served in the lobby bar, including soft drinks, mineral water, canned juices, local beer, local wine and cocktails made with local alcohol.
- Use of the gym.
All drinks are served by the glass. Bottled beverages and speciality drinks including cappuccino, espresso and Turkish coffee are not included in the package and are subject to extra charges, payable locally. Diving Guests staying at the Sierra Sharm el Sheikh can dive with our chosen dive centre partner in Sharm el Sheikh, Red Sea Diving College, which holds a PADI 'Excellence in Dive Centres Award'. The centre offers a range of diving courses and packages for beginners and qualified divers as well as a range of watersports.
Snorkelling The Sierra does not have a house reef, but guests have access to the beach at the Savoy, which has a very good house reef accessible by jetty. Equipment can be hired on the beach. Alternatively, guests may choose to go on a snorkelling day trip by boat to the Straits of Tiran or Ras Mohamed National Park. |
